Metal Spinning is the process of forming rotationally symmetrical sheet metal parts. The spinning roller makes contact with the outer face of the work piece and using CNC control it forms the blank as required. The wall thickness remains more or less constant and the metal is generally formed cold although machines can be specially adapted for hot working if required.

Spinning belt sheave is made of fine sheet metal blank, It is widely used for a lot of equipment such as automobiles, agriculture machines, air compressors and so on. There are Split steel sheave, Collapsible shape belt sheave and v-ribbed belt sheave. Plated, painted and coated pulleys and pulley assemblies are available. Available with or without hubs for various mounting requirements.
